Wilma Ruth Bahr Tracy, 83, passed away February 22, 2019 in American Fork, Utah. She was born March 31, 1935 to William Martin Bahr and Ruth Mitchell Bahr in Neola, Utah. She married Jacklin Elmer Tracy on May 9, 1957 in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Salt Lake Temple.
She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. She strongly supported the Scouting and was a Den Mother, Blazer leader, and a new leader trainer. She earned her Silver Beaver award and regularly went to Philmont and attended Woodbadge. She also volunteered for the Red Cross. She was an active member of The Church and served in many callings, and as a temple worker in the Mt Timpanogos Temple. Wilma was a service missionary at the Dan Peterson school seminary.
Wilma is survived by her children: David (Lucinda) Tracy, Stephen (Mindy) Tracy, Michael (Jodi) Tracy and Peter Tracy, 16 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, her siblings: Jean Griffin, Allen Bahr, Sharon Bergeman, Carl Bahr, Donald Bahr and Marilyn Walters. She was preceded in death by her husband, her son, Joseph, her parents and 2 siblings, Marvin Bahr and Leland Bahr.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the American Fork 23rd Ward, 680 North 350 West. A viewing will be held Friday from 6-8 PM at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork and Saturday from 9:45-10:45 AM at the church prior to the services.
