Walter D. Bowen, 85, passed away July 1, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Malad, Idaho June 28, 1931, to Leo and Olive Bowen. Influential teacher and professor at BYU.
He is survived by his wife, Connie and nine children: Christine, Dean (Velda), Kaylynn (Norman), Dennis, Sherry (Mark), Boyd, Rebecca (Paul), Brian (Jill), Camille (Mike) and Walt and Connie's legacy of 37 grandchildren and 52 great grandkids.
