Tucker Almon Smith, 14, of American Fork, UT was tragically taken from this earth while swimming with his older brother and cousins at Hyrum Reservoir on July 9, 2014. Tucker was born December 25, 1999 to Harrison Shane & Emiko Smith.
Tucker was a happy boy whose infectious smile affected everyone. His love of life was evident in everything he did. He loved to be outdoors and was active in scouting and his teachers quorum. He enjoyed school and learning, loved to challenge himself, try new things and made friends easily. Tucker had a way of making everyone feel like they were his best friend. Tucker was always willing to help, always said sorry and never missed a chance to say I love you. His kindness and helpful nature will be missed by so many.
Tucker is survived by his parents, his siblings; Braxton (15), Maura (9), Darby (8), Phoebe (4), Declan (19 mos.) and Asa (6 Mos.). Tucker is also survived by his brothers by choice; Trinity Pomana (15), Andrew Pantos (15), his grandparents, Wayne & Beth Anderson and Rose Smith both of American Fork and many aunts, uncles & cousins who adored him. Tucker is preceded in death by his younger sister, Tenille.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Harbor 1st Ward, 600 South 100 West, American Fork, UT. A viewing will be held Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork and Friday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to the service. Burial in Lehi City Cemetery. Parents want to be sure anyone is welcome.
