Samuel Daniel Ralphs, a kind and loving soul, passed away on April 25, 2024, in Bountiful, Utah. He was born on December 15, 1979, in Payson, Utah, to his parents Douglas, and Kristine Pearce Ralphs.
Samuel attended Dan Peterson School in American Fork, Utah. After graduation he served a service mission at the Dan Peterson Seminary. Sam attended a Special Needs Mutual for many years. During that time he earned his Eagle Scout Award.
Samuel was fiercely independent and liked speaking up for himself. He found joy in church, sports, following politics, and expressing his creativity through painting. Above all, he cherished the time spent with his nieces and nephews. His smile was contagious and he was willing to share his light with everyone he met.
Samuel is survived by his parents, Douglas and Kristine; siblings, Rachael (Stephen) Neal, Joshua (Karla) Ralphs, Joseph (Rosario) Ralphs, and seven nieces and seven nephews. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Lee & Donna Ralphs and Douglas & Nellie Pearce; and two uncles, Robert Ralphs and David Ralphs.
Services to celebrate Samuel's life will be held on May 3, 2024, at the American Fork 17th Ward, 240 South Center Street. A viewing will take place from 9:45-10:45 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Samuel will be laid to rest in the American Fork Cemetery.
