Raola LaRee Draper Coddington, 90, passed away June 6, 2017 in American Fork, Utah. Raola was born to Ray Draper and Vietta Mae Darling on April 29, 1927 in American Fork. She married John (Jack) Mark Coddington on June 15, 1945 in American Fork. The marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on May 17, 1954.
Raola worked as a lunch lady at Forbes school for over 20 years. She also served a mission at the Bishops Storehouse in Lindon, for over ten years.
She is survived by her children Jane (Kay) Pate, Ray (Paula) Coddington, Carol (Rudy) Benoit, and Ann Coddington. Six grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Jack, a grandson, a brother, and a sister.
Funeral services will be Tuesday June 13, 2017 at AF 33rd Ward 1305 North 100 East, American Fork at 11:00 am. A viewing will be held right before the funeral from 9:45 to 10:45 am and on Monday from 6-8 pm at Anderson & Sons Mortuary 49 East 100 North, American Fork Utah.
