Rachel Harper

Rachel Vee Canfield Harper, 90, of Pleasant Grove, passed away December 26, 2020. She was born July 5, 1930 in Pleasant Grove, Utah the daughter of Parley DeWayne Canfield and Viola Jones. She married Gale Lee Harper October 10, 1947 in Pioche, Nevada. Rachel was a very creative person who loved cake decorating, gardening, flower arranging and who loved everything about Christmas. She was a devoted scouter spending 18 years in Cub Scouts and then moved into a regional leadership position. She is survived by her sons: Kelly (Carilee) Harper, Jerry (Cindi) Harper, Curtis (Terry) Harper, 13 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Gale May 31, 1992, her parents, a granddaughter, a great grandson, and siblings Leah, Madeline, Don, Reva, Pratt, and Angus. Graveside services will be held Monday January 4, 2021 at 2:00 pm in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
