Momma & Daddy are dancing together again - Phyllis Marshall Roberts, 91, passed away surrounded by her family April 12, 2015 at her daughter's home. Born July 21, 1923 in Ashton, Idaho the daughter of James Eugene and Delphia Karren Marshall. She married Jay L Roberts, January 9, 1941 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Phyllis was an active member of the LDS church serving in many callings. She served two missions the first with her husband in Detroit, and later in Salt Lake City at the family history center. She worked for Dr. L Stanley Sell for 26 years, and then INEL to retirement.
Mom loved the outdoors, fishing, camping, berry picking for jam. Mom was an accomplished horsewoman, seamstress/needlework and cook. She was a loving and devoted mother who loved her children
Survivors include her daughters: Patricia (Roy) Harris; Christine (Paul) Redd; Michelle (Ricardo Frakes) Eames; Rebecca (Kelly) Koplin; 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, granddaughter, and her three siblings.
Funeral services will be held Saturday April 18, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Rigby Idaho, LDS Ward, , a viewing will be held at the church prior to the services that morning from 11:00 to 12:45 a.m. Burial in the Salem Moody Cemetery. Please share a memory or condolence at andersonmortuary.com
