Patsy McMichael

Patsy Jean Donavan McMichael, 86, of Alpine, Utah, passed away surrounded by her family on January 9, 2024. Born January 2, 1938, in Bell, California, the daughter of Frank Donavan and Marion Jean Hartshorn Donavan.

She married Robert Gene McMichael on April 27, 1957, in South Gate, California. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Mt. Timpanogos LDS Temple on April 27, 2023.

She was a person who loved the outdoors, especially the beach. She loved flowers, gardening, and traveling. The greatest joy in her life was spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Robert Gene (Diane) McMichael Jr., Nancy (Scott) Taylor, Julie (Michael) Kirkpatrick; 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert, her parents, and a granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 11:00 am in the Anderson & Sons Lone Peak Chapel, 6141 West 11000 North, Highland, Utah. There will be a family gathering from 10:15 to 10:45 am prior to the services. Burial in the Highland Cemetery.
