Norma Barney

Norma Elizabeth (Betty) Barney died in her home on May 11, 2018 in Orem, Utah.  She was 72.
Betty was born on October 21, 1945 in Lehi, Utah to her parents, Oral and Alma Barney.  She attended school and lived in Utah County her entire life.  Betty worked as a laundry attendant for North Eastern Services, Inc.
Betty loved shopping, watching movies and going out to eat.  She also loved listening to the oldies radio station, especially Elvis Presley songs.
Betty is survived by her brothers, Delbert and Robert Barney and numerous nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Oral and Alma Barney; her brother, Bud Celcer; and her sisters, Rosemary Swanson and Carroll Alberico.
A memorial will take place on May 22, 2018 at Anderson & Sons Mortuary in American Fork at 2:00 pm.  Betty's ashes will be buried in a graveside service on May 24, 2018 at the American Fork Cemetery at 10:00 am.  All are welcome to attend and celebrate Betty's life.
