Martin Mestas, 91, of Lehi, Utah passed away March 2, 2018. Born August 21, 1926 in Walsenburg, Colorado the son of Juan Egnacio Mestas and Manuelita Romero. He married Wanda Louise Thrutchley June 6, 1953 in Englewood, California.
Martin served in the Navy during WWII. He worked for 34 years in the Aerospace industry and retired from Boeing. He loved being outdoors especially in his garden and playing with his dogs. He loved his family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors include: his wife Wanda; son John (Robin) Mestas; 6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and a brother Lawrence Mestas. He is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Judy Renee Jaussi 3 sisters and 6 brothers.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 7, 2018 at 11:00 am in the Anderson & Sons Mortuary Chapel, 49 East 100 North, American Fork with a viewing prior to the services from 9:30 to 10:45 am. Burial in the Utah Veterans Memorial Park.
