Margaret Lucille Morton Hall, 90, passed away June 19, 2021 in Lehi, Utah. She was born March 13, 1931 in American Fork, Utah to Kenneth Wright Morton and Emma LaRue Robinson. She married J. Edmond Hall on February 12, 1949 in American Fork, Utah. They later divorced.
Margaret was an amazing musician, especially on the Violin and Piano. Music was always a part of our home. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served 2 missions San Bernardino, CA and a Service Mission in Orem. She can trace her family history on both sides to immigrants who came with Brigham Young across the plains & settled both Cache Valley and American Fork.
She is survived by her children Claudia (Gordon) Holmstead, Ken (Jeane) Hall, and Jon (Shawna) Hall, 16 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, a sister Carolyn Kaye Estes. She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter Nancy Lyn Chappuis.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Anderson & Sons Mortuary Chapel, 49 East 100 North, American Fork. A viewing will be held from 9:30-10:45 AM. Burial will be in the American Fork Cemetery. Please share a memory on Margaret’s Tribute Wall.
