Kenneth Lewis

Kenneth Joseph Lewis passed away peacefully of natural causes on November 30, 2015. He was born in Delta, Utah January 7, 1926 to Rita and Reuben J. Lewis.
He was a veteran of WWII and served in the U.S. Army. He was honorably discharged with a Purple Heart, Bronze Star, and Victory medal. He spent most of his life in American Fork and Pleasant Grove, Utah.
He was married to Floretta "Greta" VanWagoner and later divorced and he married his sweetheart Myra Ann "Mickie" Bean. They have been married for 45 years.
He was always a very hard worker and ran the Henny Penny Restaurant for many years. He worked hard farming, raising chickens, and he loved horses. He retired after working in the Rolling Mills at Geneva Steel. He spent his retirement years along with his sweetheart, Mickie, running Born Again Beads at University Mall.
He is survived by his wife Myra Ann "Mickie" Bean Lewis of Pleasant Grove, Utah. Son Vaughn J. Lewis (Bonnie), son Mark K. Lewis (Sherrie), daughter Jan Taylor Read (Rob), son Robert V. Lewis (Janet), son Ronald R. Lewis (Diane), daughter Sharlyn Taylor Morton (Ray), daughter MarNae Taylor, daughter Megan Victoria Lewis Boncela, and daughter Aimee Dawn Lewis. 29 Grand Children and 22 Great Grand Children. He has been a wonderful Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Son, and Friend and He will be greatly missed.
Viewing on Sunday December 6,th from 6:00 - 8:00 PM and Monday December 7th, 2015 from 9:30 - 10:45 AM and Funeral Services at 11:00 AM at Anderson Mortuary in American Fork Utah. Interment following at Provo City Cemetery.
