Karen Smith

Karen Michelle Smith, 40, passed away October 28, 2019 in Provo, Utah.  She was born June 10, 1979 to Neal Kay Smith and Patricia Humphries Smith in Provo, Utah.

She graduated from Pleasant Grove High School. Karen loved going to rock concerts with her daughter, traveling, cooking, designing floral arrangements, and hanging out with her family and friends.  She enjoyed working at Micron and the friends she met there and at Hobby Lobby. She loved her dog Baylee.  Karen was very funny and shared with everyone her really dumb jokes.

She is survived by her parents, her daughter Kayla Patricia Smith, and her brothers: Ricky (Carrie Smith, Robert (Kelly) Smith and Randy (Kelli) Smith.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents Darlene Goodwin Smith & Forrest Lot Smith and Gloria E’loyse Humphries & Robert Fred Humphries.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Anderson & Sons Mortuary Chapel, 49 East 100 North, American Fork.  A viewing will be held Tuesday from 6-8 PM and on Wednesday from 9:45-10:45 AM prior to the services.  Burial will be in American Fork Cemetery.  Please share a memory at andersonmortuary.com.
