Jordan Hanson

Jordan Nels Hanson, 41, passed away November 26, 2016 in Provo, Utah. Born April 19, 1975 in Provo, Utah to Oreian and Magdalene Murphy Hanson. Jordan was a mega BYU fan and loved the outdoors, especially biking, hiking and fishing with his dad. His greatest love was his family, and his best friend was his dad.
He is survived by his mother, Magdalene, siblings: Kerry ( A.J.) Schomas, Ranae Wheatley, Leslie (John) Wright, Brent (Kerri) Hanson, Gaylen (JoAnn) Young, Alan (Karen) Young, James (Diana) Young, Monika (Steven) Whitney, Jesse (Carla) Young, Susie (Chad) Barnes. And he is also survived by numerous, very awesome nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his dad, Oreian.
The family would like to extend a heart-felt thanks to the many, very special people at Chrysalis and Danville who helped care for Jordan over the years. Their incredible service is very much appreciated, along with the compassionate and expert services of hospital staff the last few days of Jordan's life. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 2, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in Anderson & Sons Mortuary Chapel, 49 East 100 North, American Fork. A viewing will be held from 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Provo City Cemetery.
