Our loving mother, wife, and friend, Joan Marie Kolstad Healey passed away peacefully at her home in Alpine on Monday, March 21, 2017 after a valiant fight with many age related illnesses.
Mom was born on June 9, 1932 in Compton California to Harold Darvin and Florence Marie Healey Kolstad.
When Mom was in elementary school, her family first moved to Alpine, then to American Fork and then back to Alpine where they remained the rest of their lives.
Mom married William Elvin Healey on February 21, 1951. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo Temple on February 21, 1975.

Mom loved her children and was very proud of what they had accomplished in their lives. Her family was always first and foremost in her thoughts.
