Janelle Wells

Janelle Johnson Wells, 61, passed away October 7, 2017 in Highland, Utah surrounded by her family. Born July 25, 1956 in Salt Lake City the daughter of Erb Dee and Margaret Bevan Johnson. She married Daniel Earl Wells, April 22, 1977, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Janelle was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in many callings, 20 years as the Public Relations Emergency Preparedness and Stake Service Project Coordinator. She was an avid gardener, loved quilting and was an excellent cook. She also loved to play cards with her friends almost every Friday, night. Her favorite place was on the beach with her grandchildren.
Survivors include: her husband Dan; children Shalee (Eric) Okelberry; Melinda Wells; Cory Wells; 3 grandchildren Easton, Rebecca and Kellia and her siblings Dennis Johnson; Don Johnson; and Nancy Ott. She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister Carolyn Seaton.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday October 10, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Highland Stake Center, 5335 West 11200 North. Burial will be held in the Tooele Cemetery at 3:30 pm
