Hiloramio Sabino Romero, 88, passed away April 27, 2018 in American Fork, Utah. He was born January 27, 1930 in Dixon, New Mexico to Juan Antonio Romero and Emelia Suazo Romero. He married Isabelle Colunga on June 4, 1955 in Provo, Utah.
Hiloramio enjoyed playing the guitar, fishing, gardening, and woodworking crafts. He loved his family and liked to dance with the kids on his boots. He loved to play his guitar and sing. He was always a sharp dresser. He also loved the Rio Grande River near where he grew up.
Hiloramio is survived by his children: Virginia (Dwane) Williams, Naomi C.H Romero, John Romero, Celeste (Roger) Stevenson, Nick A. Romero, Aubriee Romero Consuelo Romero, Candida (David) Grolley, Camille Romero, 9 granchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Zaccrias, Lalo, and Eliseo, and his sisters Olivama and Naomi.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 7, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Anderson & Sons Mortuary 49 East 100 North, American Fork. A viewing will be held from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. before the service. Burial will be in Utah Verterans Memorial Park. Please share a memory at andersonmortuary.com.
