Hazel Hall

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beautiful baby girl, Hazel J Hall. She graced us for a short but immeasurably meaningful time. She filled our hearts with love and brought us more happiness than we could have ever imagined.

Her time here was short, but she impacted the lives of so many. She loved sucking on her binky, her pink oral swabs, long holds with Mom & Dad, and all of her cute cozy linens.

Hazel is survived by her loving parents, Kody and Morgan, as well as all of her close family members.

In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask that donations in honor of Hazel be made to the Utah Valley NICU in Provo, Utah. The NICU staff provided incredible care, compassion, and support during our time there. We are forever grateful for their dedication and kindness.

Services to celebrate Hazel's life will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025. A viewing will begin at 9:45 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Anderson & Sons Mortuary American Fork Chapel. Graveside services will follow at American Fork Cemetery.
