Gordon Swank

Gordon Lee Swank, 82, of Lehi, Utah passed away August 15, 2022 in Provo, Utah. Born January 18, 1941 in Lyon, Kansas the son of Gerald Winchester Swank and Vera Irene DeJarnette Swank. He married Melba Louise Campbell in September of 1959 in Moab, Utah.

Gordon worked for over 35 years for Utah Power and Light. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. His family was the joy of his life especially his grandchildren whom he loved to spend as much time as possible with. He loved to get out on the open road and just "go for a ride".

Survivors include his sons: Gordon (Lori) Swank, Dusty (Trissa) Swank, 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and siblings Gary Swank, Rebecca (Art) Thomsan, Annette (Jim) McRaven. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Melba, and a son Michael Swank, a grandson Jordhan Grady Swank and sister-in-law Judy Swank.

Funeral services will be held Monday August 22, 2022 at 11:00 am in the Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork. A viewing will be held Sunday from 6 to 8 pm at the mortuary and Monday from 9:45 to 10:45 am prior to the services. Burial in the Sandy City cemetery.
