Eva Abbott

Eva Stanworth Abbott, age 84, passed away July 9, 2014 in American Fork, Utah. Born November 20, 1929 in Oasis, Utah to Alfred Ambrose and Ethel Merrill Barnett Stanworth. She married Mark Lynn Abbott August 7, 1946 in Salt Lake City. Their marriage was later solemnized August 2, 1954 in the Logan LDS Temple.
Eva was very active in the LDS church and loved temple work and indexing. She served as a pink lady at American Fork Hospital for many years. Mom's example of love and compassion was an inspiration to us all.
She is survived by her children: Lynda (Von) Taylor, Dixon Abbott, Shirley (Karl) Hansen, Bonnie Cullimore and John (Joyce) Abbott, 17 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband, Mark, her parents and a granddaughter.
