Dianne Hansen

Dianne Ranae Hansen, 67, passed away on June 6, 2023, at her home in Clearfield, Utah. Dianne was born on November 17, 1955, in American Fork, Utah to Lawrence Heber Hansen and Thelma Bullock Hansen. She was the youngest of 5 and the only girl.

Dianne adored and loved her animals (ferrets, birds, cats). She also enjoyed camping, fishing, spending time with her family and friends, playing games (Shanghi (card game) and Chinese checkers). Fond memories include spending time camping at Easter out at the cedars, fishing at the family cabin at Strawberry, and family gatherings at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Dianne also loved the Jazz team and in earlier years, loved to discuss the game with her brother(s).

Dianne graduated from American Fork High School in 1974. She retired from the IRS in 2014 after 26 years of service to them and was involved with the hearing impaired community.

Survived by nieces and nephews, Lorie Hansen Nuffer, Dennis (Stacey) Hansen, Cindy Hansen, Cory Hansen, Connie (Tyson) Wride; as well as 2 sisters-in-law, many great and great-great nieces and nephews, and her beloved cats.

She was preceded in death by her parents Lawrence Heber Hansen and Thelma Bullock Hansen, her brothers Lawrence Rey, Ronald Lee, David Lynn, Gerald (Jerry) Alan Hansen.

A small graveside service will be held at American Fork Cemetery on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 11 am for family and close friends.
