David Martin Gustafson, 77, of Eagle Mountain, passed away May 31, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. Born April 12, 1941 in Jamestown, New York, the son of Carl Axel Gustav and Anna Laura Arnvall Gustafson. He married Karen Fae Green Barkley April 9, 1965 in Ely, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple September 2, 1966. David loved temple work and spent 10 years serving at the Mount Timpanogos LDS Temple. His family is his life. All of his activities were centered on his children and grandchildren. David was a person who loved to stay busy. He always had a list of things to do. Survivors include: his wife, Karen; children Troy (Lottie) Gustafson; Tammy (Hector) Sosa; Tara (David) Liddle; Tiffany (Jon) Southern; Temple Gustafson; 25 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and his sister Vera Penny. He is preceded in death by his parents, a son Travis and a brother William.
Funeral services will be held Thursday June 7, 2018 at 11:00 am in the Cedar Trails LDS Ward, 1934 Cedar Trails Way Eagle Mountain, Utah. A viewing will be held Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, Am. Fork and Thursday from 9:45 to 10:45 am prior to the services at the church.
