Clarice Dawn Warne Hickenbotham Marovich, 90, passed away June 11, 2017 in American Fork, Utah. Born February 14, 1927 in Aberdeen, South Dakota to Floyd Russel Warne and Erma Lucille Hall Warne. She married Alvin Lyle Hickenbotham on June 30, 1946. They were later divorced. She married Samuel Marovich September 28, 1980.
Clarice was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and did name extraction for many years. She completed over 250,000 names. She was a store manager in the General Store at Knott's Berry Farm, California and was an avid bowler for much of her life. She loved to travel and her favorite place was Paris, France. She also loved good food and was an excellent cook. She was famous for her homemade chicken noodle soup over mashed potatoes. She enjoyed watching cooking and travel shows but her favorite was her soaps. She loved going out to eat and watching movies with friends and family.
She is survived by 3 sons: Michael (Kathy) Hickenbotham, Lawrence (Natalie), Daniel (Cynthia) and 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on July 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder, Nevada.)
