Carolyn Nordgren

April 22, 1961 — February 12, 2024

Carolyn B Nordgren, 62, passed away peacefully on February 12th in her home in West Valley, Utah. She was born on April 22,1961 to mother Lynne Baxter and father Carl Erickson in Brigham City, Utah.

Throughout her life, Carolyn Nordgren was known for her sense of humor, ambition, and dedication to those she loved. Carolyn was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints throughout her life.

She had a passion for running, boating, shopping, and playing games. Whether she was skiing off the back of a wave runner, or sitting down to scrapbook the year's memories, Carolyn always looked for ways to find fulfillment in the joys of life.

Carolyn was a devoted CCRN Nurse throughout her career for 20+ years at Utah Valley Hospital. She approached every task with meticulous care, leaving a lasting impression on colleagues and patients alike.

She is survived by her three children; Tyson Nordgren, Avery Nordgren, and Cassy Nordgren, her mother, Lynne Baxter, and sisters Jackie Briles, and Vickie Goff(Steve). She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Erickson.

Our hope is that Carolyn has found peace after this life and will have a new opportunity for love and happiness through the next steps of her spiritual journey.
