Amazing mother to 8 children, Amy Lynn Weiler, 76, lost a courageous battle with cancer on July 21, 2018. Amy was born on October 8, 1942 to Newel and Amy Call in El Cerrito, California; she grew up in Portland, Oregon. Amy lived a life dedicated to service to her family and her church. She was an accomplished pianist and an influential professional and religious teacher. Proud to have been one of Utah's few Democrats, Amy personified intellectual wit, passion for color, love of literature, altruism and a delightful sense of humor.
Amy is survived by her husband, Peter Weiler, her siblings, Alison Hubbard and Branson Call, seven children, 20 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
There will be a viewing from 6 - 8pm on Friday, July 27

at Anderson & Sons Funeral Home, Lone Peak Chapel 6141 West 11000 North Highland, UT 84003. A second viewing will take place from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, July 28

at Alpine Stake Center, 98 E Canyon Crest Rd., Alpine, UT 84004. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m.
